1. Who we are and what this covers

Heddle is a product of Nodaste LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its principal office at 1601 29th St., Ste 1292 #1057, Boulder, CO 80301, United States. Nodaste LLC is the data controller for anything you send us through this site, and is the party responsible for the commitments made below.

This policy describes what happens to personal data you give us through this website. It is short because the site does little: there are no accounts, no sign-up, no payments, and no cookies. The only way it collects anything about you is if you choose to fill in a form.

It covers the website at heddle.us. It does not describe how the Heddle product handles your team's context once you are working with us — that is a separate agreement, and we will put it in front of you before any of your data reaches the product.

2. What we collect

From the forms. The demo request and the design partner application ask the same questions. If you submit either, we receive your name, work email, organization, team size, what your team builds, how you use agents today, your plan for the next ninety days, the outcome you want to improve, how comfortable you are giving feedback, and anything you add in the notes. You also tick a consent box, and we record that you ticked it.

From your visit. Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested — which exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We also count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. Neither builds a profile of you, and neither is joined to a form submission.

We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you send us with anything from a third party.

3. Why we use it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. Where the law asks us to name a basis, it is our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us about our work, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send newsletters, and we do not use what you tell us to target advertising. If we ever want to email you about something other than your own enquiry, we will ask first.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's purposes. It passes through a small number of providers who process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs the code that receives your form submission, and provides the cookieless analytics.
• Resend — delivers the notification email carrying your submission to us.
• Google Workspace — hosts the shared inbox that email lands in, where the team reads and replies.
• Sanity — stores the site's own copy and content. It holds nothing about visitors; your submission never reaches it.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or if a court or regulator makes a valid demand. If Heddle is ever acquired or merged, data may transfer as part of that — and we would tell you before it changed hands.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no preference cookies, and no third-party trackers — which is why you were not asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records aggregate page views and referrers without setting identifiers or building a profile of you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, used to keep the site available and secure.

Because nothing is stored on your device by this site, there is no cookie setting for you to manage. Blocking cookies in your browser will not affect how the site works.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions live in our shared inbox as ordinary email. We keep them while the conversation is live, and afterwards only for as long as we have a real reason to — a record of who approached us and what was discussed. We review what we are holding at least once a year and delete what we no longer need. We do not keep enquiries indefinitely by default.

We have deliberately not published a fixed number of months. A retention clock we did not actually run would be a promise we were breaking, and we would rather tell you the rule we follow than one we do not. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, for any reason, and we will.

Server logs and analytics are retained by our providers on their own schedules, in aggregate or short-lived form, and are not something we can tie back to you individually.

7. Keeping it safe

Submissions travel over HTTPS and are relayed by a server-side function, so your details are never exposed to other visitors. Access to the inbox is limited to the Heddle team. We use reputable providers and lean on their security rather than pretending to run our own.

We are a small team at an early stage, and we would rather say plainly what is and is not in place than imply a maturity we have not built. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Exercising any of these is free, and we will respond within one month.

Because we hold so little — an email you sent us, essentially — most of these requests are quick to satisfy. Write to us at the address below.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you these rights explicitly, including the right to opt out of the sale of your data and of targeted advertising — neither of which we do. If we refuse a request you can ask us to reconsider, and if you are still unhappy you can raise it with the Colorado Attorney General.

If you are in the UK or EU, the same rights apply under UK GDPR and GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

This site is aimed at people evaluating software for their teams, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it or sending us a form, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They do not cover the Heddle product or a design partner engagement. Those are governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing here changes it.

2. What this site is

A description of what Heddle does, and a way to get in touch. The content is general information about a product still in development. It is not a specification, not a warranty, and not something to base a procurement decision on by itself — ask us and we will tell you exactly where things stand.

The product screenshots on this site are illustrative and labelled as sample data. They show how the interface presents information, not real customer content.

3. Using the site

You may read, quote, link to, and share these pages. You may not try to break into the site or any system behind it, disrupt it for other people, submit anything unlawful or deliberately false through a form, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

The forms are for genuine enquiries. Automated submissions are filtered and discarded.

4. Applying to the design partner program

Submitting an application is not an agreement and does not guarantee a place. The cohort is small and we choose deliberately. If we are not a fit we will say so; if we are, the terms of the engagement will be set out separately and signed before any work starts.

Anything you tell us in an application is treated as confidential and used only to assess fit.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to Heddle unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial parts, or reusing the work to present it as your own, needs our written permission.

Any names, logos, or marks belonging to other organisations remain theirs.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link out, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is current at the moment you read it. Heddle is in active development and what it does will change.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Heddle is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from relying on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and both sides submit to their jurisdiction.
